INFORMATION ACTIVITIES

With the intention of creating broad awareness and understanding among the general public of conditions in developing countries and of Denmark’s participation in international development cooperation, Danida finances information activities in Denmark.

Focusing specifically on these issues, Danida will spend USD 2.33 million on its own information activities in 2004.

"Udvikling" (Development) will be published 10 times a year starting May 2004 and with a circulation of 13,000, the magazine will be an important information tool. Information about Danida, Danida publications, etc. can be found on Danish Development Policy.
